Our Employee Spotlight this week features one of our field technicians, Ryan Rosfjord.
1. What is your job title?
Regional Technical Manager
2. What do you do at Heartland Security?
My job in northwest Iowa and south central Minnesota is to install new security systems as well as camera systems in homes, businesses, and agricultural sites. I also service existing systems.
3. How long have you been with Heartland Security?
Since March 2011.
4. What’s your favorite thing about working at Heartland Security?
Working with the many types of people and the different settings. Every day is a different challenge and that makes the work interesting. It keeps me going, trying to find different solutions or techniques to make my job easier.
5. What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I’ve run two half-marathons and am training for a third, and possibly a full marathon this summer.
6. What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family – my wife Nicole and two kids, Adrienne and William. I like to work out and run. I enjoy coaching football in the fall.
