1. What is your job title?
Regional Sales Manager
2. What do you do at Heartland Security?
I work with customers in southern Minnesota, northern Iowa, and western Wisconsin regarding home and small business security systems, video surveillance systems, and card access systems. I work closely with the marketing departments at the three electrical cooperatives I work with — People’s Energy Cooperative (Oronoco), Freeborn Mower Cooperative Services (Albert Lea), and MiEnergy Cooperative (Rushford).
3. How long have you been with Heartland Security?
Since 2009
4. What’s your favorite thing about working at Heartland Security?
I enjoy working with people to help them find a solution to their security concerns.
5. What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I am of Mexican descent. My dad is full-blooded Mexican and Mom was German-Irish. I also come from a family of 8 kids with 4 sisters and 3 brothers, most of whom still live in our hometown of Mason City, Iowa.
6. What do you do when you’re not working?
Work out, ride my motorcycle, spend time with my daughter Brittany and her 3 children, and visit Graceland University where my son Reece is head men’s & women’s track coach.
