Earlier this month, Heartland Security held our annual holiday party in Mankato, MN. It’s a special event for us because our company has a large coverage area including central, western, southern Minnesota, and northern Iowa, making it hard for us to all get together often.
We celebrated our employees’ hard work in 2015 and what our company and customers can look forward to in 2016.
General Manager Guy Adams thanked our employees for looking out for our customers. “Our employees communicate really well, especially as spread out as we are,” said Adams. “Every employee believes in Heartland Security’s future.”
Looking forward
In 2015, Heartland Security went “green” with customers now able to pay their bills, view their invoices, and sign up for automatic payments online. As part of the move away from paper statements, in 2016 we will soon be able to email invoices to our customers.
We’re also offering more interactive services at lower prices than ever before, including touchscreen keypads, home automation features, and the ability to watch live video on your smartphone. With everything controlled from one app, a smart security system is easy to manage. You can control your lights, locks, garage doors, and thermostats from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop.

The main event of our evening was to play a “friendly” feud in the style of the popular game show. Just like in that game, teamwork and collaboration help Heartland Security to be winners in the alarm system industry. We know it’s not all about the security systems – it’s about the peace of mind from having local service and local monitoring. We’re here to help you protect what matters most.
