My alarm is going off — who should I call?
If your alarm system has been triggered accidentally, Heartland Security customers should call our local response center at 800-858-7811. When you call, have your password ready or the monitoring station may dispatch emergency services. You can find a list of our other response centers here.
Who do I call if I have questions about my security system?
If you have service questions about your security system, you can call our office during business hours, Monday — Friday, 8 a.m. — 4:30 p.m., at 888-264-6380. For emergency service after traditional business hours, you can contact the response center.
